We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your licenses end, but clauses that by their nature survive (e.g., confidentiality, liability) remain in effect.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ranchi, Jharkhand. Parties may also opt for binding arbitration under Indian Arbitration law.
